This state of the art system is capable of applying up to 2separate security labels to the top or bottom and latch edges of a CD/DVD jewel case. The system easily integrates into existing CD/DVD packaging systems in line or off line. System Hi-Lites include the rugged CTM 3600 Series Printer Applicator and/or the CTM 360 Series label applicator for labeling up to 120 CD/DVD products per minute. Options include Bar Code verification with light stack warning, CD presence detection and product spacing wheel. Systems can also accommodate additional spot label applicators if needed. The CD / DVD promotional labeling system shown is designed for in- line or off line promotional labeling at the replicating or warehouse level. Operators can manually load cases into the infeed hopper where cases are dispensed at speeds to 75 PPM. Spot labels, price tags, bar codes or promotional labels can be applied prior to collection. Labeled cases are then restacked into the collection hopper. Both the infeed and collection hoppers can be by-passed for integration with automated production lines. Various conveyor lengths are also available for multiple labelers to be used.
